Welcome to our site. We are a small custom home builder from Lawrence County in Western Pennsylvania. We are members of the Lawrence County Builders Association and the North Suburban Builders Association. Beginning as McCosby Construction in 1956 Thomas W McCosby and his brothers began building small post-war homes at reasonable prices. In the early sixties Sylvan Services was formed by Thomas W McCosby and his brother Linus as an expanded company to handle new homes as well as building and remodeling service stations for Texaco and Atlantic Richfield. When Linus retired in 1983 T W McCosby Construction was formed and operates from home at 839 Young Rd. Portersville, PA 16051.
